At Novora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
