At Novora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return: Text RETURN to (203) 981-5101 with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
